The senior managing partner with Baum, Hedlund, Aristei & Goldman, Michael Lin Baum has more than 30 years of experience in the litigation of wrongful death, personal injury, and consumer fraud cases. Since 2006, he and his team have represented thousands of families in SSRI antidepressant birth defect cases against major pharmaceutical companies. His firm successfully resolved over 3,000 Paxil personal injury cases in a different litigation. Complementing his work as an attorney, Michael Lin Baum has assisted government officials from foreign governments in the development of public policy related to consumer drug safety.

Mr. Baum graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of arts in law from the University of California, Los Angeles, and he holds a juris doctor from the same institution.
